After serving as a partner at Wolf and Company and as national Director of Long-term Care Services at Price Waterhouse, Dave started Bishop & Company to provide Medicaid reimbursement and rate-setting consulting services. Before retiring as the company’s full-time leader, Dave had advised long-term care provider associations, ownership groups, and Title 19 agencies in fifteen states, as well as lecturing and authoring articles on health care and Medicaid-related issues. For over thirty years Dave ensured Bishop & Company always upheld its core ideals of professional integrity and adding value to every client.
